Dashboard overview
The unified Aimly dashboard at aimly.online/dashboard is the control center for your account, subscription quotas, third-party integrations, and product navigation.

The left sidebar organizes account-wide administration and product entry points:

| Overview | Displays cards for Aimly Email (with a 14-day emails-sent chart), Aimly Audit, and Aimly Finder. |
| Aimly AI | Opens the conversational AI Interface (ai.aimly.online). |
| Usage | Tracks current brand count, active campaign slots, and rolling 30-day lead discovery consumption against your plan limits. |
| Billing | Manages your subscription tier (Trial, Solo, Studio, Agency), billing cycle, and payment details. |
| Integrations | Configures browser-stored API keys for AI models, web search providers, ZeroBounce, and account-wide Verification Strictness. See AI, Search & Verification. |
| Profile & Password | Updates your avatar, display settings, and password (for password-authenticated accounts). |
| API Key | Generates, regenerates, or revokes your personal aimly_... Bearer token for the MCP Server. |
| Delete Account | Permanently deletes your account and all its data. |
Switching products and themes
From the top-right profile menu in any Aimly dashboard, you can:
- Switch products directly between Aimly AI, Aimly Email, Aimly Audit, and Aimly Finder.
- Access account pages (from inside Aimly Email, hover Account to jump directly to Profile & Password, Billing, Usage, Integrations, or API Key).
- Toggle Dark mode — your light/dark preference is synchronized across
aimly.onlineand every product subdomain automatically. - Submit feedback — use the floating feedback button on any authenticated screen to send bug reports, feature requests, or annotated screenshots directly to the Aimly team.
Product workspaces
Each product runs in a dedicated workspace optimized for its workflow:
- Email — manage outbound campaigns, multi-step automations, leads, categories, file attachments, brands, mailboxes, and global defaults.
- Audit — run DNS, manual live-probe, or full credentialed deliverability audits and inspect scored diagnostics.
- Finder — run up to 10 concurrent B2B lead discovery searches, inspect accepted vs. rejected candidates, and export or import verified contacts into Email.
- AI Interface — inspect campaign performance, enroll leads, configure sequences, and run audits through natural-language chat.
All Email, Audit, and Finder operations can also be automated programmatically through the Aimly MCP Server.
