Customizing voice beyond preset tones

Select the closest preset Tone from the six options above, then place specific voice instructions, banned phrases, or structural rules inside Writing Guidelines.

Global Attachments

Files uploaded or linked in the Attachments section of Globals are automatically included on outgoing emails for every campaign that keeps global attachment inheritance enabled.

  • Supports the same 10 file types (.pdf, .docx, .txt, .csv, .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .webp, .svg) up to 5 MB per file.
  • Every file uploaded here also appears in File Manager, where you can preview, rename, download, or manage its campaign links.

Global Sending Calendar

The Sending Calendar controls which days of the week queued campaign and automation emails are permitted to leave your mailboxes.

  • Timezone — select any IANA timezone (defaults to UTC). Aimly displays the current local time in that timezone for reference.
  • Sending Days — choose a quick preset (Weekdays only (default: Monday–Friday), Every day, or All paused) or toggle individual days (Mon–Sun).

When the current day in the configured timezone is unchecked, outbound sending pauses automatically for campaigns inheriting this calendar. Queued and scheduled emails are never dropped — they remain queued and dispatch automatically as soon as the next permitted sending day begins.

Per-campaign inheritance and overrides

New campaigns inherit all three global sections (Content Guidelines, Attachments, and Sending Calendar) by default. Inside any campaign's settings, you can disable inheritance independently for each section to configure campaign-specific copy rules, campaign-only attachments, or a region-specific sending timezone and schedule.

Updating Globals affects future email generations and live schedule evaluations immediately, without rewriting saved drafts or emails already scheduled or sent.
