iCloud

iCloud is connected through Aimly's Custom provider option, using your iCloud mail server details plus an app-specific password.

Steps​

  1. When creating or editing a brand, select Custom as the email provider.

  2. Enter your iCloud mail address.

  3. Fill in your mail server details:

  4. Continue to the next page, and enter your Apple app-specific password.

Getting an Apple app-specific password​

Your Apple Account must have two-factor authentication enabled before you can generate an app-specific password. Once that's on:

  1. Sign in at account.apple.com.
  2. In the Sign-In and Security section, select App-Specific Passwords.
  3. Select Generate an app-specific password and follow the prompts.
  4. Copy the generated password — Apple only shows it once.

Paste that password into Aimly's app password field to complete the connection.
